Sending Intelligence

ISP-Tiered Rate Limiting
Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and other ISPs each have different tolerance for sending velocity. MailOdds maintains per-ISP rate limits and adjusts automatically based on 4xx/5xx response patterns. No manual tuning required.
Domain Warmup
New sending domains start with conservative volume and ramp up over 2 to 4 weeks. The warmup engine monitors bounce and complaint signals at each stage, reducing volume automatically if any ISP shows signs of throttling.
Pre-Send Validation
Every recipient is validated before the message leaves the server. Invalid, disposable, and role-based addresses are rejected before they can generate bounces. This is automatic for all messages sent through MailOdds.
Transactional + Campaigns
Send both transactional messages (order confirmations, password resets) and marketing campaigns from the same authenticated domain. Separate IP pools keep transactional reputation isolated from campaign traffic.
