Report Abuse

MailOdds has a zero-tolerance policy for spam, phishing, and email abuse. All reports are reviewed by our team.

How to Report Abuse

Send your report to abuse@mailodds.com. Please include as much detail as possible so we can act quickly.

You can also submit a report programmatically via our API endpoint POST /api/v1/abuse/report.

What to Include

To help us investigate quickly, please include:

  • Full email headers: Copy the complete raw headers from the offending message, including Received, Message-ID, X-MailOdds-Message-ID, and Feedback-ID lines.
  • Timestamps: The exact date and time you received the message, including your timezone.
  • Description of the abuse: Explain what happened: spam, phishing attempt, spoofing, or another type of misuse.
  • Recipient address: The address that received the unwanted email.
  • Sender address: The From address shown in the email.

ARF Format Accepted

We accept reports in the Abuse Reporting Format (ARF) as defined in RFC 5965. ARF reports sent as multipart/report with content type message/feedback-report are parsed automatically. Feedback loop (FBL) operators may configure automated ARF delivery to abuse@mailodds.com.

Resolution or escalation update

For urgent matters involving ongoing phishing campaigns or active harm, mark your email subject URGENT and we will prioritize your report.
